Biography:
I live in Weaverville, NC with my wife Candace. We are presently expecting an addition to the family on May 27, 2010. I moved to Asheville in 1995 to take a job as an Assistant District Attorney in the Buncombe County District Attorney's Office. I left practice as an ADA in January of 2009 and joined the firm of Long, Parker, Warren, Anderson & Payne, P.A., where I practice criminal defense and general civil litigation.
