Fran Durden was with Roberts & Stevens from 2005 - 2012. She does not actively practice law at the present time.
A graduate of Duke University Law School and a native of Durham, North Carolina, Fran also practiced in Ohio, New York and Illinois. Her focus included corporate law, business transactions and non-profit corporations.
