Biography:
Brad Stark, a native of Asheville, has been practicing law in the Asheville area since 2005. His practice is focused primarily on civil litigation, with an emphasis on construction law, personal injuries, and condemnation proceedings. Brad completed his undergraduate studies at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and went on to earn his law degree from Florida State University, where he graduated magna cum laude. He is a member of the 28th Judicial District Bar, the North Carolina Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers, and the American Association for Justice. In his spare time, Brad enjoys fishing, golfing, and skydiving.
